I am still new to health and weight loss. I do not pretend to be an expert. I do not do everything the way the experts would advise. More experienced or educated people will probably cringe at some of what you see here. I will try to point out when I’m making a choice or statement that I know is wrong.
I have no delusions of grandeur. I am writing this for a few of my friends and family, primarily because of the responses I have gotten from related statuses I’ve posted on Facebook.
